Frequently asked questions

Can I charge without internet?

Yes. Core charging works autonomously. Without the “umbrella + i” symbol, a detailed cloud graph will not be created for that charge.

What should I do if my card is rejected?

Hold the card flat against the RFID area and try again. If the error continues, tell the administrator the station number.

Can I connect two vehicles using a splitter?

No. Each station is intended for one vehicle. Splitters may cause an overload and are prohibited.

What happens during a power cut?

The station safely turns the output off. After power returns, it checks its journal and resumes an unfinished paid session without charging the card again.
